Newman's Woodworking is currently a one-man shop located in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina. Nick specializes in creative problem solving and bringing your ideas to life.
HOW IT STARTED
IN 2016, NICK WAS DOING THE INTERIOR DESIGN WORK FOR A NEW OFFICE LOCATION OF PROPEL CHURCH. THE SPACE WAS A PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR BARN DOORS BUT UNFORTUNATELY, IT WASN'T IN THE BUDGET. NICK DECIDED THAT DAY THAT HE WOULD GO DOWN TO THE LOCAL LUMBER MILL AND BUILD THE DOORS HIMSELF. AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE OFFICE RENOVATION, NICK PURCHASED THE TOOLS AND RAN A SMALL WOODSHOP OUT OF HIS BASEMENT.

Latest Project
Propel Church needed a custom-built box for the stage display used on Sunday Mornings. This box needed to be angled for visibility and able to accommodate a 55" TV. This project took around 4 shop hours to complete!
